This workshop consists of a building inspection resulting in a guided tour by an engineer / technical agent from the TeMeF team. This activity is used to assess the systems present in the building in question. The reviewed technical equipment relates to mechanical engineering, architectural elements, electrical engineering, civil engineering, the environment and sustainable development.

This activity, also called Building Condition Assessment (BCA), is used to determine the best management strategy that will maintain, improve or renew the building's equipment, utilities, and also meet the current and future needs of occupants, tenants, customers and the public.

We remind you that this workshop is adapted according to the level of expertise of the participants (customers/students) and their needs.
